Riverbed SteelCentral™ UCExpert is Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

SAN FRANCISCO – Riverbed Technology (NASDAQ: RVBD), a leader in application performance infrastructure, announced that its SteelCentral™ UCExpert 5.0 is compliant with key unified communication solutions from Avaya. UCExpert 5.0 helps ensure the performance of business-critical VoIP communications and identifies problems before users notice, reducing downtime through proactive management of a company’s UC environment. It is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.3 and Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 6.3.

Using automated testing with actual phones, configuration management, and remote troubleshooting, Riverbed supports the entire UC lifecycle for Avaya deployments without requiring end-user involvement.
