Avaya's Patti Moran Again Named to CRN's Women of the Channel Power 100

04 Jun 2014
Santa Clara, Calif. - Avaya Inc., a global provider of business communications and collaboration software and solutions, today announced that Patti Moran, senior director of worldwide channel marketing, has been named to the CRN 2014 Women of the Channel list and has been recognized for the third year in a row as one of this year's Power 100.

The annual Women of the Channel list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT Reseller industry. This year, the Power 100 spotlights those specific female executives at vendor and distributor organizations whose insight and influence in their respective companies help drive channel success.

Patti oversees marketing for Avaya’s go-to-market initiatives, including the delivery of marketing programs and communications to Avaya's 11,000 global channel partners. She is responsible for creating and driving programs to and through the partner community – including Avaya's annual virtual partner summits, content syndication and the marketing of the award-winning Avaya Connect partner program.

During her tenure leading channel marketing, Patti instituted many programs designed to advance the marketing capabilities and skills of Avaya’s channel partners so they can be their own best- in-class revenue engine. She built a global platform that delivers free, self-service customizable campaigns in eight languages to channel partners around the world. Patti's turnkey, integrated marketing services  have contributed to a steady increase partner sales and helped drive Avaya’s channel revenue to currently account for more than three quarters of its total revenue.

A special feature of the Women of the Channel is in the June issue of CRN magazine and expanded coverage of the Power 100 will be featured online at www.crn.com.
