ROCHESTER, NY — Veramark Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of telecom reporting and management solutions, today announced that its VeraSMART® eCAS® Call Accounting 10.3 is compliant with key unified communications solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration and communication solutions.
VeraSMART eCAS helps businesses combine, simplify and share both wireline and wireless telecom data so managers can spend more time on bigger communications projects. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.2.
