TASKE Technology Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

OTTAWA, Ontario - TASKE Technology, a leading provider of call management solutions, today announced that its TASKE Contact version 8.9 is compliant with key Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration systems, software and services.
 
TASKE Contact helps businesses monitor and manage their call center. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya Aura Communication Manager 5.2.1 & 6.0 and Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 5.2.2.

Global hearing solutions provider Cochlear Americas, for example, is benefiting from the interoperability of TASKE Technology and Avaya solutions. "We implemented TASKE Contact with our Avaya Aura Communication Manager," said Lokesh Reddy, manager, BSS Operations at Cochlear. "Our contact center operations were immediately enhanced with real-time interfaces for both supervisors and agents. The reporting and cradle-to-grave features allowed us to rapidly research and resolve issues illuminated in the real-time interfaces."

As a Gold member of the program, TASKE Technology is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab.
