Avaya Creates Six New Solution Categories in Value-Focused Partner Program Revamp

Communications vendor Avaya has announced changes to its Avaya Connect Channel Partner program designed to complete the vendor’s journey from running a channel based on volume to one based on value. They key changes are six new Solution Expert designations and a restructuring of the requirements for Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
