Maricopa County to Upgrade Phone System

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $20.1 million to upgrade its outdated phone system. The county's contract with Avaya replaces its 15-year-old analog system with new features such as desktop video conferencing and teleworking.
