ABN AMRO to Light Up Net Phones

International bank ABN AMRO has signed a multimillion-dollar contract to launch an internet protocol telephony in 14 countries, including Australia. The five-year contract with Avaya involves a complete technology update, including systems and software, to a large proportion of ABN AMRO staff. The rollout of the technology to the Australian offices is expected to kick off in January.
