Home Depot to Use Avaya's CRM

Avaya has been selected to supply of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for Home Depot's new contact centers. The home improvement retailer plans to use Avaya's Interaction Management tools to link multiple databases in local stores, put info on agent desktops in regional customer support centers and help agents respond to customers using various communication mediums.
