SAAED Signs Framework agreement with Avaya to Enhance Communication of UAE Roadside Assistance
SAAED - Abu Dhabi’s ministry of interior arm for roadside assistance - signs with Avaya to help increase staff mobility, efficiency and resiliency

SAAED, the UAE-based traffic accident service provider, has today at GITEX signed a framework agreement with Avaya as the solutions partner for all of SAAED’s networking, unified communications and contact center needs in the Middle East. The agreement equips SAAED’s staff with Avaya’s end to end state of the art solutions in order to properly address all traffic-related issues, including minor accidents, breakdowns, insurance claims and auto repair logistics.
This ground breaking partnership allows SAAED to enhance its overall communications with Avaya’s solutions for networking, mobility with unified communications, and contact center technology across its sites, designed to increase performance, reduce costs and accelerate the response time of SAAED staff. It also encompasses a broad suite of Avaya technology solutions and expertise, enabling Avaya to implement, source, manage and enhance technology operations throughout SAAED networks. By using Avaya for this complete end-to-end implementation, SAAED can move to a standardized communications model, creating a centralized system to manage all of its operations.
Taking part in today’s framework agreement signing on the Ministry of Interior stand at GITEX were Chairman &Board Director H.E. General Hussein Al Harethi, who also serves as Director General of the Abu Dhabi Traffic Department, as well as Ibrahim Yousef Ramel, Chief Executive Officer of SAAED. Representing Avaya were Michael Bayer, Avaya President, Europe Middle East and Africa and Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Avaya Vice President of Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
