(on phone) I'm just getting back to my desk. Lisa's here. I'm going to put us on speaker.

Ok, so you now need the redesign blueprints by 3pm today?

I know that's two hours earlier than we agreed. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We'll have them to you by three.

And make sure Roger, the new Account Manager, is at the meeting. We want the whole team to meet him.

Sounds like a plan. We'll talk to you soon.

Let's gather the team.

MARK's home sick, but he's online. We'll conference him in.

And ERIC's still in LA on business, but available on IM.

Hey Mark. It's Lisa and Rebecca.

Hi, we're really sorry to bother you at home while you're sick, but we really need your help.

(at home, coughing slightly) I should be fine by tomorrow. What's going on over there?

Things have changed a bit. We now only have until three to present plans for the Stern & Co. project.

Wow. Well, I made some revisions to the blueprints late last night. They're on my desk.

I'll grab them.

Roger. Glad you caught me. Stern & Co. wants to see the redesign plans at three, can you meet us there then?

Great, see you there.

Mark, your changes look great.

I'll IM Eric and make sure the contractor can meet the timeline we're proposing.

Eric's given us the green light. Is everybody else good?

Yep. Golden.

Agreed.

Great. With two hours to spare.
