Earlier in his career, Mohamed served in various roles at Cisco before joining Verizon Business as the Chief Architect of the company’s UCCaaS solution. Mohamed holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Computer Networking from the University of Greenwich and the highest level of CCIE certification in Unified Collaboration. He is a subject matter expert in UC security, Avaya Session Border Controller and the cloud. He works closely with Avaya’s VIPER Lab, which conducts security assessment and penetration testing.
