It's Almost Here: The 2015 Americas Partner Community Council Conference

For nearly 25 years, the Avaya Partner Community Council has been the premier forum for authorized partners to engage with Avaya. By working directly with key Avaya decision makers, partners have driven changes that have had a positive impact on sales and support tools, solution initiatives, services policies and more.

The Partner Community Council is relatively rare in our industry: partner-led and manufacturer-sanctioned. This combination gives our partners the ability to lead the conversation with Avaya, improving their ease of doing business with the company–driving opportunities for greater revenue and higher net promoter scores. The self-funded organization is a strong alliance of more than 1,500 members, representing more than 250 Avaya partner companies and distributors globally.

Being an active member of the Partner Community Council is not only beneficial to the partner, but ultimately benefits Avaya’s customers. By having a closer relationship with Avaya, a PCC member partner is more knowledgeable, better trained in Avaya solutions and applications, and has stronger Avaya contacts and access to executives, all resulting in greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

PCC chapters in the Americas and EMEA each host their own virtual working groups during the year, culminating in live conferences. Even though the chapters are located regionally, all authorized Avaya partners are welcome to attend any of the conferences.

Avaya and the Americas PCC invites all partners to attend the 2015 conference at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center, June 14-18.

The 2015 Americas conference (which runs concurrently with IAUG CONVERGE2015) will focus on key strategic and operational topics, including new tools, processes, products and services, as well as the performance of services offered. A recently-added Renewals Boot Camp offers an opportunity for partner services teams to learn about Avaya service offers, policies, strategies, roadmaps and best practices.

The conference is geared toward product managers, design engineers, sales and support professionals, supply chain specialists, training employees and other partner personnel who wish to collaborate and offer input on new and existing Avaya solutions.

This is an opportunity to learn and discuss new initiatives, ideas and methodologies with peers and Avaya representatives, with the goal of strengthening the working relationship between partners and Avaya, helping one another become more efficient and effective.
