Avaya Acquires ITNAVIGATOR

Avaya has just announced that we’ve acquired ITNAVIGATOR - a great company with great products based in Tel-Aviv. We’ve been working with them for several years as both an OEM and a channel partner, so we know their products well and — more importantly — so do many of our customers. With hundreds of customer installations since being added to our portfolio, Avaya Contact Center Control Manager has repeatedly received rave reviews for the powerful simplicity that it offers. So much so, that we’ve extended it into our Collaborative Cloud offers. Avaya Contact Control Manager is a multi-tenant, multi-level and multi-role management application that is indispensable for managing complexity: Administrators provisions the user in ACM once, and ACM proliferates the key elements across a customers’ applications and infrastructure

That’s ITNAVIGATOR, and just a sample of the kind of innovations they bring to the Avaya portfolio.

And there’s more: In addition to full ownership of NAV360, the software behind Avaya Contact Center Control Manager, Avaya gains powerful new reporting, cloud-based social media and agent desktop tools capable of supporting hybrid and third-party heterogeneous environments. Social Media Gateway complements Avaya Social Media Manager for cloud based social media management. ANAV (Avaya Navigator) delivers unified, end-to-end reporting with roles based access for Avaya Cloud, hybrid, and on premise contact center users. ANAV acts as an overlay application to our market leading Avaya Call Management System (CMS). myNAV is a customizable agent dashboard solution designed specifically for Avaya Contact Center solutions.

There are a few more items we’re going to keep close to our chest, but the bottom line is that these are proven solutions that allow existing and new customers to evolve their operations the way that suits them. Need to bring on new apps for new channels and think dipping into cloud might be the way to go? Our solutions can support hybrid cloud environments. Currently using a solution from other vendors but find Avaya’s portfolio increasingly attractive? We’re built to enable you to get the solutions that are just right for you in heterogeneous environments. No other vendor is going to give you the profound simplicity that belies the depth and length of Avaya’s expertise in collaboration and communications — and that brings you closer to your customers.
