Check out the Avaya Product Calculator Toolkit

Did you know with an Avaya Aura solution for a midsize enterprise, a company could save more than $400,000 per year? Learn more by test-driving our product calculator, officially dubbed the Avaya Product Calculator Toolkit. Answer a few quick questions and discover how Avaya can help your business in 2012 and beyond.

Tonight, I want to highlight the enhanced product calculator now up on avaya.com, the Avaya Product Calculator Toolkit. This toolkit allows stakeholders to customize their specific organizational configuration to see how much savings they might be able to see from an Avaya solution. The types of in the toolkit encompass UC, Contact Center and Video.

Input variables include the number of employees in an organization, currency, the number of sites across the org, the % of employees using UC, the % of employees that travel for internal meetings, # of contact center agents and type, region and whether pre-trip approval is required for corporate travel. A lot of options, for sure. This allows the backend of the tool to get a sense of where you might be spending too much on travel and other OPEX. Ballpark estimates are certainly enough to get a rough idea of the opportunity.

The results are similarly nuanced, with outputs including savings for capital cost, networking optimizing, travel reductions and (after my own heart) carbon emission abatement.

Legal Note
The Savings Estimator module within the Avaya Product Toolkit is an interactive tool that uses information you supply, applies a number of assumptions, and generates an estimate of the potential savings that may be realized after an implementation of an Avaya solution. The Savings Estimator tools are offered for informational purposes only since your actual savings will vary.

Check out the toolkit and see how much your organization can save with Avaya.
